Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years PRO experience within the UAE, preferably in the Dubai real estate sector.
• Advanced practical knowledge of UAE government portals, online application systems, and corporate licensing frameworks.
• Strong organizational skills and knowledge of MOHRE and GDRFA workflows, with valid UAE driving capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Execute company-related government documentation and official administrative transactions.
• Process employment visa issuance, quota requests, renewals, cancellations, Emirates ID applications, and labor contracts.
• Liaise direct with UAE government entities to ensure compliance with labor, immigration, and real estate regulations.
• Oversee commercial license renewals, establishment cards, and statutory trade registrations.
• Track regulatory timelines to ensure all corporate permits, visas, and documentation remain fully compliant with UAE laws.
