Job summary

Marsh McLennan in Dubai seeks an experienced Political Risk and Structured Credit (PRSC) Broker to join our growing MENA team. The role is hybrid, requiring in-office presence at least three days per week and relocation support for non-UAE residents.

You will structure placements, manage insurer relationships, and drive growth across energy, power, and construction sectors while expanding in the KSA market and across the DIFC client base.

Qualifications

• Experience in political risk and structured credit broking with strong technical expertise.
• Proven ability to manage insurer relationships and drive business growth.
• Client-centric mindset with experience in energy, power and construction sectors.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end broking: structuring placements, negotiating terms, and policy wordings.
• Develop and maintain relationships with Lloyd's markets and multilaterals for coverage.
• Oversee policy management including claims handling and regulatory compliance.
• Identify new business opportunities across the MENA region, focusing on KSA expansion.
• Collaborate with Country Sales Leaders to train local teams and raise PRSC awareness.
• Act as a key contact for strategic clients, ensuring high service standards.
• Provide expert guidance on political risk and structured credit solutions.
