Job summary

Careers International is recruiting a Foreman for plumbing works in building construction for UAE-based projects. The role involves leading chargehands and technicians, reading shop drawings, ensuring quality and safety, and coordinating materials and site progress on site in Dubai, UAE.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of plumbing experience, GCC experience preferred, and an ITI/Diploma in Plumbing is preferred. On-site role with company-provided accommodation and transport benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of plumbing works experience in building construction.
• ITI / Diploma in Plumbing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise chargehands and technicians in water supply, drainage and sanitary piping, fixtures and pump connections.
• Allocate daily work and manpower as instructed by the site engineer/supervisor.
• Read and follow approved shop drawings and specifications.
• Ensure correct installation, workmanship quality and readiness for inspection.
• Track material usage and raise requirements in advance.
• Report daily progress and site issues to the site engineer.
• Ensure team follows safety rules, PPE and HSE procedures.
