Job summary

Mira Construction in Dubai is seeking a senior Strength & Conditioning Coach to lead fitness programmes, assessments and performance development for a cricket-focused team. The role involves designing targeted training plans and monitoring workload during evening sessions in Dubai.

The ideal candidate has a degree in Sports Science or a recognised S&C qualification and proven experience with team-sport athletes, preferably cricket. Visa in UAE required, part-time schedule offered.

Qualifications

Degree in Sports Science or related discipline required or preferred.
Certifications such as UKSCA/NSCA-CSCS are highly regarded.
Experience with team-sport athletes is essential.

Responsibilities

Lead warm-ups, conditioning sessions and injury-prevention programmes during three evening trainings per week in Dubai.
Conduct initial fitness assessments and regular performance testing throughout the season.
Develop individualized gym/strength programmes tailored to players’ needs and goals.
Collaborate with Head Coach to monitor workloads of fast bowlers.
Support players to improve strength, speed, endurance, mobility and overall performance.
Propose practical strategies to enhance team fitness, recovery and injury prevention.
Track progress and adjust plans based on assessments and demands.
Contribute ideas to establish the club’s fitness and conditioning programme.
