SALT in Dubai is seeking an outstanding Operations Manager to support our growing team. The role will cover HR, Legal, Office Management and Finance to ensure smooth operations.

You will manage vendor contracts, onboarding, payroll inputs, bookkeeping, and budgets, while maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and ensuring compliance. This role is based in Dubai and offers a dynamic, high-impact environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage vendor contracts, procurement, supplier relationships
• Manage onboarding of the company as a vendor
• Manage onboarding, employment contracts, visa processing & renewals, HR files and leave management
• Coordinate payroll inputs, benefits
• Support bookkeeping, invoice tracking, purchase orders
• Maintain accurate operational budgets, cost tracking
