Qualifikationen

• Demonstrated knowledge of formwork systems and applications, including experience with Formwork and Flatwork in concrete construction.
• Practical understanding of Carpentry and Power Tools relevant to formwork installation and detailing.
• Experience coordinating with Heavy Equipment used in construction and concrete works.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline; relevant technical certifications in formwork or construction engineering are an advantage.
• Ability to read and interpret structural drawings, prepare basic design calculations, and use CAD or BIM software for detailing.
• Strong attention to safety, quality, and compliance with local building codes and engineering standards.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate with site engineers, contractors, and project managers.
• Previous experience in building or infrastructure projects in the Middle East is preferred but not mandatory.
