Job summary

Azizi Developments seeks a Concrete Laboratory Quality Control Engineer to join the on-site lab in Dubai. You will conduct raw material and concrete testing, verify mix designs, and ensure adherence to project specifications and quality requirements.

The role emphasizes accurate documentation, calibration, and collaboration with production and site teams. The ideal candidate will have Civil Engineering background and hands-on experience with cement, aggregates, and fresh/hardened concrete

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with raw material testing per project specs.
• Knowledge of cement, aggregates, water and admixtures.
• Familiarity with standard laboratory testing procedures.

Responsibilities

• Raw material testing and inspection against project specs.
• Fresh concrete testing including slump, temperature, density and air content.
• Hardened concrete testing and compressive strength at specified ages.
• Assist mix design verification and trial mix evaluations.
• Record results and report non-conformances and quality investigations.
• Ensure calibration and proper maintenance of laboratory equipment.
