Griebs Properties LLC in Dubai invites an experienced Off-Plan Property Consultant to provide expert guidance to buyers on off-plan real estate investments. You will focus on selling off-plan properties, understanding market trends, and helping clients make informed decisions about their property investments.

You will advise clients on the best opportunities based on their needs and budget, arrange property viewings, and build relationships with developers and investors.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in real estate sales, preferably with off-plan properties.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of the Dubai property market and its legal frameworks.
• A valid UAE driving license is preferred.
• Fluency in English (Arabic and other languages is a plus).
• Ability to build rapport with clients and understand their investment goals.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on the best off-plan property investment opportunities based on their needs and budget.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends in the Dubai real estate market, especially off-plan developments.
• Build and maintain relationships with developers, investors, and other real estate professionals.
• Arrange property viewings and facilitate meetings with developers and clients.
• Provide clients with clear information on developments, pricing, payment plans, and potential ROI.
• Ensure all legal requirements and documentation for off-plan sales are handled correctly.
• Work with marketing teams to promote off-plan properties.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
