Job summary

haus & haus in Dubai is seeking an experienced sales professional to join the off-plan team. You will advise local and international investors on new launches, payment plans and returns, guiding the sales journey from first enquiry to reservation.

Training supports you to understand Dubai real estate and offshore markets, with a clear career ladder as you progress through Senior Consultant to Associate Partner levels. Relocation and health insurance are provided.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a target-driven sales role selling high-value products or investments.
• Proven track record of converting leads into closed sales and exceeding targets.
• Experience presenting to high-value clients by phone, video and in person, including international clients.
• Fluent written and spoken English; full, valid driving licence (UAE/convertible from UK/European licences).

Responsibilities

• Advise investors and end-users on off-plan launches, payment plans and expected returns.
• Qualify enquiries and manage the sales journey from enquiry to reservation, SPA and Oqood registration.
• Build relationships with developer sales teams and stay ahead of new launches.
• Attend launches, roadshows and exhibitions to generate new business.
• Grow your own client base through networking, referrals and proactive prospecting.
• Work to clear weekly activity standards.
