Job summary

Rajha Real Estate is seeking an On-site Off-Plan Property Consultant in Dubai to drive lead qualification, client presentations, site visits, and ongoing follow-ups. You will provide market insights, advise clients on investment benefits, and coordinate with developers to close deals while maintaining CRM records and a high standard of customer experience.

The role requires strong consulting, communication, and sales skills, with proven real estate experience, preferably in Dubai off-plan

Qualifications

Strong consulting and advisory skills, able to assess client needs and propose off-plan solutions.
Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation abilities, and interpersonal skills.
Proven customer service capabilities, building trust and resolving inquiries professionally.
Demonstrated sales skills: lead generation, negotiation, closing in a target-driven environment.
Knowledge of real estate markets, especially Dubai off-plan projects, and basic investment concepts.
Relevant experience in real estate, property consulting, or related field; prior off-plan sales is a plus.

Responsibilities

Prospect and qualify leads for off-plan properties.
Conduct property presentations to clients and attend site visits.
Maintain regular follow-ups with potential and existing clients.
Provide advisory input on market trends and investment benefits.
Maintain accurate CRM records and coordinate with developers and internal teams.
Uphold company standards and ensure professional customer experience from inquiry to closing.
Meet sales targets and represent Rajha Real Estate positively in all interactions.
