Job summary

AE.900 Houlihan Lokey (MEA Financial Advisory) Ltd. Dubai office is seeking an Off-Cycle Intern to join the Financial Restructuring Group. The role provides exposure to creditor- and debtor-side restructurings and distressed M&A projects.

You will work with deal teams including managing directors, directors, vice presidents, associates and financial analysts, developing valuation and modeling skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong academic track record.
• Interest in Financial Restructuring and/or working on complex and large financial transactions.
• Understanding of valuation theory, methodologies and applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Assist with creditor- and debtor-side restructurings.
• Provide distressed M&A advisory support.
• Participate in complex negotiations on behalf of clients.
• Support advisory services in stressed and distressed situations.
• Work with deal teams comprising MDs, Directors, VPs, Associates and Analysts.
