• Interact with equities platform to learn investor views and trends
• Learn about debt capital markets including corporate and emerging market bonds

Global Banking Middle East and North Africa based in Dubai starting June 2024 for 6 months.

During your internship, you will have the opportunity to:

• Understand how our clients, including corporates, institutions, private equity and governments, operate businesses and consider strategic objectives
• Be involved in and contribute to the team providing M&A advice and execution, including spinoffs, takeovers, exchange offers, and formation of joint ventures
• Get to know capital markets through IPOs, capital raising, rights issuances, secondary offerings, among other situations
• Interact with the equities platform to get an insight into the investor community views and trends
• Learn about debt capital markets including corporate and emerging market bonds
