Houlihan Lokey in Dubai is offering an Off-Cycle Intern position within the Financial Restructuring Group. You will assist with creditor- and debtor-side restructurings, distressed M&A, and advisory projects under senior professionals.

This internship provides exposure to valuation, financial modeling (LBO/DCF), and deal negotiations in a fast-paced environment, developing analytical and communication skills in English.

Qualifications

• Strong academic track record
• Genuine interest in Financial Restructuring and complex large transactions
• Understanding of valuation theory and applications
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills
• Proficiency in LBO and DCF modelling
• Excellent verbal and written English communication
• Experience in Leverage Finance or Financial Restructuring desirable
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional work ethic and cooperation with staff at all levels

Responsibilities

• Assist with creditor- and debtor-side restructurings and distressed M&A
• Provide advisory support on stressed situations and negotiations
• Participate in deal teams with senior bankers and analysts
• Support in preparing financial models and valuation analyses
• Contribute to client meetings and project deliverables
