Job summary

Road and Transport, RTA Dubai is seeking an Operations Control Center Specialist to monitor and govern performance across operational control centers. Responsibilities include overseeing EC3 systems, coordinating emergency responses, and preparing reports on performance and incidents.

Qualifications

• Diploma holders require 8 years of relevant experience; Bachelor’s holders require 2 years.
• Practical experience in operational control centres or transportation network management preferred.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor EC3 systems linked to OCCs across Dubai's transport network.
• Prepare daily reports including Post-Peak, Incident and Performance Reports.
• Ensure compliance with KHDA, UAE laws, and RTA's Emergency and Crisis Management framework.
