Job summary

Canary Finance & Mortgages is seeking a Mortgage Advisor in Dubai to guide clients through the end-to-end mortgage process. You will assess needs, compare products, prepare applications and ensure regulatory compliance, while maintaining strong client relationships.

Daily duties include analyzing financial profiles, explaining terms and risks, coordinating with banks, and contributing to business development. On-site role in Dubai with a focus on high-quality service and ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Strong advisory and client relationship skills, ability to assess client needs and explain mortgage concepts clearly.
• Knowledge of mortgage products, banking procedures, and local regulatory frameworks (DED and RERA).
• Analytical and financial assessment skills: evaluating income, creditworthiness, affordability, and comparing offers.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills for managing documentation and tracking progress.
