Job summary

Achieve Test Prep in Dubai is seeking a Middle Distillates Trading Operations Analyst to support the execution of refined petroleum cargoes. The ideal candidate will assist in daily operations, ensuring timely and accurate execution, and work closely with various teams.

• Initial hands-on exposure within oil, gas, or commodities trading operations.

Responsibilities

• Support daily physical operations for middle distillates and refined product trading.
• Assist in cargo execution from pre-fixture planning through post-delivery settlement.
• Monitor vessel schedules, cargo status, and refinery lifting programs.
• Coordinate with surveyors, terminals, agents, brokers, and counterparties to ensure smooth execution.
• Prepare and manage shipping and banking documentation including contracts, invoices, Bills of Lading, and Letter of Credit documentation.
• Track tankage levels and reconcile inventory movements.
• Monitor laytime calculations and support demurrage management.
• Update internal trading and operations systems with accurate operational data.
• Work closely with commercial, risk, shipping, and finance teams to ensure cross-functional coordination.
