Job summary

Tanqeeb in Dubai is seeking a skilled MEP Draftsman to produce detailed mechanical, electrical and plumbing drawings for construction projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.

You will collaborate with engineers, architects and project managers, review and update designs, coordinate with teams to resolve issues, and maintain organized records of all drawings and revisions for easy reference while adhering to UAE codes and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of experience as an MEP Draftsman in the construction industry.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other drafting software.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and blueprints accurately.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Knowledge of UAE construction codes and standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed MEP drawings and plans using CAD software for construction projects.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to understand project requirements and specifications.
• Review and update existing MEP designs to incorporate changes and improvements.
• Ensure all designs comply with local codes, regulations, and safety standards.
