Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years experience as a Mason Supervisor in the construction industry.
• Extensive knowledge of masonry techniques, materials, tools, and equipment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively coordinate with others on site.
• Ability to read blueprints and follow construction plans.
• Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the work of masons to ensure projects are completed according to specifications.
• Train new masons and provide ongoing guidance and support.
• Ensure all safety standards are being followed on site.
• Plan and organize materials, tools, and equipment needed for each project.
• Monitor progress of projects and make adjustments as needed to meet deadlines.
• Communicate with other supervisors and contractors to coordinate work schedules.
• Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality standards.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise among team members.
