Job summary

Leading Edge in Dubai seeks a driven Female Sales Executive with a marketing background to join our fast-growing team. You will leverage marketing expertise and client relationships to drive business growth, deliver tailored solutions and exceed sales targets.

You will work on marketing solutions consulting, campaign execution, and market insights, collaborating with internal teams to deliver campaigns and track KPIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or business is required.
• 2-5 years in marketing, advertising, or digital agencies.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Expertise in digital marketing services (social media, PPC, content, SEO).
• Fluent in English; Arabic a plus.
• CRM proficiency (HubSpot/Salesforce) and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities via cold calling, networking, and pitching.
• Manage existing client relationships to upsell and cross-sell services.
• Understand client marketing goals and propose customized solutions.
• Present proposals, negotiate contracts and close deals.
• Collaborate with creative, digital and PR teams to deliver campaigns.
• Track sales KPIs, prepare reports and suggest optimizations.
