Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in machining or manufacturing engineering.
• Strong experience in precision machining and multi-axis operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor manufacturing engineering team supporting daily operations.
• Manage machining processes, tooling, programming, and secondary operations.
• Drive Lean Six Sigma initiatives to improve efficiency and process capability.
