Job summary
Achieve Test Prep seeks a Manufacturing Engineer specializing in CNC Machining and Process Development in Dubai. This full-time role involves evaluating technical requirements, developing machining processes, and enhancing production efficiency across precision engineering.
The ideal candidate will hold a degree in Mechanical Engineering with at least 5 years of relevant experience. Responsibilities include reviewing technical specifications and enhancing manufacturing processes.

Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in CNC machining or precision engineering.
- Strong knowledge of turning, milling, and deep-hole drilling processes.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and GD&T.
- Experience with ERP systems in manufacturing environments.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Review customer drawings, specifications, and BOMs to assess manufacturing requirements.
- Prepare machining cycle-time estimations for RFQ submissions.
- Provide technical guidance to sales, quality, and supply chain teams.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Prepare engineering documentation including process routing and reports.
