Job summary

iForce Connect is seeking an M&A Integration Manager based in Dubai to oversee integration processes for major exhibitions. This role requires managing joint ventures with local government and ensuring operational continuity during events. The ideal candidate possesses strong M&A integration expertise and experience with UAE regulations.

Applicants should have at least 6 years of relevant experience and preferably be UAE Nationals. Fluency in English and proficiency in Arabic is highly desirable. The position offers significant opportunities for impact within a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in M&A integration, corporate restructuring, or operational PMO.
• Strong preference for UAE National (Emirati) candidates with proven UAE Government experience.
• Hands-on experience with SAP and Oracle financial modules.
• Demonstrated ability to create and manage detailed mobilisation plans.
• Good understanding of UAE Labor Law and payroll processing in the GCC region.
• Experience in the live events or exhibitions sector in the Middle East.
• Professional fluency in English required; proficiency in Arabic desirable.
• Excellent cross-cultural communication skills and resilience.

Responsibilities

• Mobilise cross-functional teams and define integration milestones.
• Report progress and risks to the M&A Technology Steering Board.
• Champion the adoption of M&A technology playbooks.
• Map and migrate local financial systems into SAP and Oracle architectures.
• Collaborate on transition architectures for acquired business systems.
• Align registration and event logistics systems with venue operations.
• Manage visa processes and payroll in compliance with UAE Labor Law.
• Ensure core systems operate during major exhibition cycles.
• Oversee UAE VAT and corporate tax management.
