• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 6+ years of experience in site engineering.
• Proven experience in managing and supervising construction teams on large‑scale, complex residential projects.
• In‑depth knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and local building codes.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams.
• Knowledge of safety and quality control standards.
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the entire site construction process for luxury villa projects from A to Z.
• Supervise a team of project engineers, ensuring they adhere to quality standards and project schedules.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth execution of the project.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and project specifications.
• Monitor progress and resolve any on-site issues to minimize delays and maintain quality.
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure the construction meets design standards and client expectations.
• Review and approve technical drawings, construction plans, and other project-related documents.
• Manage project budgets and resource allocation to ensure cost‑effective solutions.
• Prepare and present progress reports, manage client communications, and address any concerns promptly.
• Liaise with project stakeholders to ensure all work is delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality.
