Job summary

Oro Vento Parfum, a Dubai-born luxury fragrance house, seeks a strategic Digital Marketing Manager to drive online growth and brand storytelling across paid media, organic channels, website/e-commerce, and email. You will lead multi-channel campaigns, optimize the customer journey, and collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to maintain a premium brand voice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 6+ years in digital marketing, with 2–3 years in a managerial or senior specialist role.
• Proven track record managing multi-channel digital strategies with measurable results.
• Strong experience in luxury/beauty/fragrance or premium lifestyle brands preferred.
• Hands-on expertise with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, GA4, and email platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own the annual and quarterly digital marketing strategy aligned with brand and business goals.
• Define KPIs across awareness, engagement, traffic, lead generation, and e-commerce performance.
• Plan, manage, and optimise paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, Snapchat, and more.
• Manage media budgets, bidding, audiences, and creative testing to maximise ROI.
• Lead website/e-commerce improvements and lead SEO strategy to boost organic visibility.
• Collaborate with developers, designers, and agencies to ensure premium brand storytelling.
