Qualifications

• 10-15 years of experience in BIM modeling and coordination, with at least 10 years in luxury residential, hospitality, or commercial projects.
• Strong understanding of civil infrastructure systems, including grading, utilities, drainage, and road networks.
• Knowledge of local codes and authority requirements for Dubai developments.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and maintain detailed BIM models for civil works including grading, utilities, roads, and drainage systems.
• Conduct clash detection and resolve design conflicts using BIM tools.
• Generate detailed civil drawings, reports, and construction documentation from BIM models.
