Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience in creative direction, brand storytelling, art direction, visual communication, or related field.
• Strong portfolio with original concepts, visual storytelling, campaign ideation, and creative execution.
• Experience with luxury or premium brands (design-led, fashion, hospitality, lifestyle, architecture or interiors) is highly desirable.
• Ability to build a storyline around an idea and translate it into a cohesive creative concept.
• Ability to identify what makes a brand distinctive and translate that into meaningful communication.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and ability to defend creative ideas; proactive and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Develop compelling creative concepts, brand narratives, and storytelling directions aligned with the brand’s vision and positioning.
• Lead the ideation process for brand campaigns, launches, events, marketing initiatives, and premium brand experiences.
• Translate ideas into strong visual directions, mood boards, creative references, design concepts, and campaign narratives.
• Establish and maintain a distinctive visual language across digital platforms, campaigns, presentations, events, and brand communication.
• Work closely with designers, photographers, videographers, content creators, agencies, and other creative partners to bring concepts to life.
• Develop creative briefs and communicate the vision clearly to ensure consistency between the original idea and final execution.
• Identify emerging creative trends, design references, cultural influences, and visual inspirations that can elevate the brand.
• Ensure every creative output reflects a refined aesthetic, strong attention to detail, and premium brand standards.
• Collaborate with marketing, branding, and business teams to transform business objectives into original and impactful creative ideas.
