Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience in creative direction, brand storytelling, art direction, visual communication, or related field.
• Strong portfolio with original concepts, visual storytelling, campaign ideation, and creative execution.
• Experience with luxury or premium brands (design-led, fashion, hospitality, lifestyle, architecture or interiors) is highly desirable.
• Ability to build a storyline around an idea and translate it into a cohesive creative concept.
• Ability to identify what makes a brand distinctive and translate that into meaningful communication.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and ability to defend creative ideas; proactive and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

Requirements

Experience working with luxury, premium, boutique, design-led, fashion, hospitality, lifestyle, architecture, interiors, or other visually driven brands is highly desirable.

The ability to build a storyline around an idea and translate it into a cohesive creative concept.

The ability to identify what makes a brand distinctive and translate that into meaningful creative communication.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate, present, and defend creative ideas.

A proactive mindset, curiosity, attention to detail, and the confidence to challenge conventional thinking.

Experience working in a boutique agency, independent studio, premium brand, or lean creative team is a plus.

We are open to exceptional creative talent from India, professionals who have recently relocated to the UAE, as well as candidates already based in the UAE.

Pay: AED25,000.00 - AED35,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
