Job summary

Noorka Logistics in Dubai seeks a proactive Logistics Executive to join our operations team. You will coordinate shipments, transportation schedules, delivery activities, and logistics documentation to ensure smooth, timely movement of goods with high service levels.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in logistics, strong Excel and ERP skills, and excellent communication to coordinate with drivers, warehouses, suppliers, and customers in a fast-paced environment within the UAE.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in logistics or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in logistics or supply chain operations.
• Knowledge of shipment coordination and transportation procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and ERP software.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily logistics, shipment, transportation, and delivery activities.
• Plan and monitor shipment schedules for on-time movement of goods.
• Coordinate with drivers, warehouse teams, suppliers, customers, and transport partners.
• Track shipments and provide regular status updates to customers and management.
• Prepare and maintain delivery notes, invoices, shipping documents, and logistics records.
• Verify shipment quantities, delivery details, and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate loading, unloading, collection, and delivery operations.
• Monitor delivery delays, shipment discrepancies, and transportation issues and arrange suitable solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, vehicle movements, delivery schedules, and logistics activities.
• Assist in monitoring transportation costs and identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
• Ensure logistics activities follow company procedures and applicable UAE regulations.
• Prepare logistics reports and provide updates to management.
• Support inventory and warehouse teams when coordination is required.
