Job summary

Noorka Logistics in Dubai is seeking a Logistics Executive to coordinate daily logistics activities, monitor shipments, and ensure timely deliveries. You will work with drivers, warehouse staff, suppliers and customers to maintain smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in logistics, transportation, freight forwarding, or supply chain operations is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of shipment coordination, delivery scheduling, and logistics documentation.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, email, and other standard office applications.
• Knowledge of logistics management software or shipment tracking systems is beneficial.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail when preparing and checking documents.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily logistics operations including transportation, scheduling, collection and delivery.
• Monitor shipments and ensure on-time transport and delivery per schedules.
• Coordinate with drivers, warehouse staff, suppliers, customers and partners.
• Prepare and verify shipping documents, invoices, records and related paperwork.
• Track shipment progress and provide timely updates to customers and internal teams.
• Arrange transportation and delivery schedules based on customer needs.
• Maintain accurate shipment, vehicle and logistics records.
• Assist with route planning and delivery coordination to improve efficiency.
• Follow up on delayed shipments and resolve issues with relevant teams.
• Coordinate with warehouse to receive, store, pick and dispatch goods.
• Monitor transportation expenses and maintain cost records.
• Support inventory monitoring and ensure shipment quantities match docs.
• Communicate with customers to confirm details and provide updates.
• Ensure logistics documents are maintained and accessible.
