Job summary

NextGen LLC is seeking a dynamic recruiter with a focus on TikTok Live creators to grow our creator network in the UAE market. You will source emerging talent, align creators with brand vision, and craft onboarding strategies to maximize early success.

You will nurture relationships with creators, guide their growth, and oversee the performance and quality of live streams to ensure engaging content that resonates with audiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 3–5 years in talent acquisition, influencer marketing, or social media management focused on TikTok.
• Proven experience identifying, recruiting, and managing content creators or influencers.
• Strong understanding of TikTok Live ecosystem, trends, and creator dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Identify and recruit emerging TikTok Live content creators who align with our brand's vision and target audience.
• Develop and execute innovative strategies to attract and onboard top-tier talent onto our platform.
• Manage and nurture relationships with content creators, providing ongoing support and guidance for their growth.
• Oversee the content strategy and performance of creators, ensuring high-quality, engaging live streams.
