Job summary

Easigrass UAE is seeking an experienced Landscape Site Supervisor to oversee residential landscaping projects in Dubai. This hands-on role requires turning approved drawings and BOQs into finished projects, with responsibility for planning, coordinating day‑to‑day works, and managing site teams.

You will ensure work follows the correct sequence, maintain quality, and deliver projects on time while communicating with villa owners and clients.

Qualifications

• Previous UAE experience supervising residential landscaping projects.
• Ability to read and interpret landscape drawings and BOQs.
• Strong practical and technical understanding of landscape construction.
• Excellent communication with clients and multicultural team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise residential landscape projects from site mobilisation through to completion and handover.
• Plan and coordinate day-to-day site works and arrange materials.
• Manage site teams and subcontractors, ensuring quality and safety.
• Coordinate with clients and suppliers and report progress to management.
• Ensure correct construction sequencing and completion before handover.
• Inspect workmanship and rectify non-conforming work.
