• Ensure works follow approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and schedules.
• Coordinate with Landscape Engineers, Site Engineers, and subcontractors.
• Ensure safety, quality, and timely completion of softscape and hardscape works.
• Maintain daily records of manpower, progress, materials, and site activities.
