Qualifications

• Proficient with accounting software (QuickBooks preferred).

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day accounting tasks, including data entry, processing invoices, and reconciling bank statements.
• Prepare and maintain financial documents such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely payments and collections.
• Prepare and submit tax returns, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
• Conduct monthly and quarterly account reconciliations to ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
• Assist with budget preparation and variance analysis.
• Participate in audits and provide necessary documentation as needed.
• Communicate with clients or vendors regarding billing or payment inquiries.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in accounting.
