Job summary

DEAL Holdings in Dubai, UAE, seeks a Junior Accountant to support the Finance & Accounts team across brands, outlets and business units. The role handles daily sales reconciliations, AP/AR, cash and bank records, and month-end tasks with attention to detail and a willingness to learn in a growing multi-brand business.

Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will work on reconciliation, invoicing, journal entries, vendor and customer reconciliations, VAT support, and collaboration with outlet teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
• Sound understanding of bookkeeping, double-entry accounting and basic reconciliations.
• Good Excel skills, including formulas, lookups and pivot tables, and confidence using accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Daily Sales and Revenue Reconciliation.
• Prepare and record invoices, receipts, payment vouchers and journal entries with supporting documentation.
• Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable: reconcile supplier invoices and allocate customer receipts.
• Bank reconciliations and petty cash: maintain records and reconcile balances.
• VAT schedules and tax support: assist with VAT schedules and related audits.
