Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in accounting or related field.

• Familiarity with accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Record daily financial transactions and maintain accurate records.
• Prepare customer invoices and supplier bills for processing.
• Assist with accounts payable/receivable activities.
• Reconcile bank statements and ledger balances under supervision.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and expense summaries.
• Ensure timely and accurate data entry across departments.
