Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance/Commerce or related field.
• 1–3 years of accounting, bookkeeping, or finance-related experience preferred.
• Strong grasp of basic accounting principles and financial procedures.

Responsibilities

• Record daily financial transactions in accounting systems accurately.
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
• Prepare invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and journal entries.
• Perform bank and account reconciliations under supervision.
• Maintain general ledger accounts and supporting documents.
• Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and summaries.
• Verify invoices, expenses, and payment records for accuracy.
• Coordinate with internal departments regarding invoices and financial documentation.
• Support VAT and tax documentation and reporting requirements.
