Job summary

Ziva0103 is looking for an experienced IT Project Manager in Dubai to lead end-to-end delivery of web and software projects. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, translate business requirements into actionable plans, and ensure timely releases with quality assurance.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years of IT project management experience, strong Jira capabilities, and fluency in English. This office-based role offers exposure to diverse digital projects and stakeholder-facing responsibilities

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in IT Project Management or related technology delivery role.
• Proven experience managing web, mobile, SaaS or software development projects.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and project/workflow management tools.
• Experience with Agile methodologies such as Kanban or Scrum.
• Strong experience in requirements gathering and functional specification.
• Ability to create user flows, acceptance criteria, business logic and detailed project requirements.
• Experience coordinating developers, designers and QA teams.
• Strong knowledge of release management, QA/regression and production deployment processes.
• Excellent stakeholder and client management skills.
• Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Candidates currently based in Dubai/UAE are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from requirements gathering and scope definition through development, testing and production release.
• Work closely with clients and senior stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into clear functional specifications.
• Create and maintain project plans, delivery schedules, milestones and priorities.
• Prepare user flows, business logic, scenarios and acceptance criteria.
• Break requirements into structured tasks and manage delivery through Jira.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, designers, QA and other technical stakeholders.
• Manage project priorities, dependencies, risks and delivery timelines.
• Coordinate QA, regression testing, UAT and release readiness.
• Manage scope changes and ensure agreed requirements are delivered within project timelines.
• Plan and coordinate production releases and deployment activities.
• Conduct regular project status meetings and provide clear progress updates to clients and management.
• Maintain project documentation, meeting records, release notes and delivery reports.
• Act as a key point of contact between clients and internal technical teams.
• Conduct client demonstrations and gather feedback for future product improvements.
• Identify potential delivery risks and resolve issues proactively.
• Ensure projects follow appropriate project management and quality processes.
