Job summary

The First Group in Dubai is seeking an Executive – IT Infrastructure & Security to manage and secure the organisation’s IT backbone, ensuring reliable operations and robust data protection across all systems.

This role focuses on implementing security measures, handling networking, servers, storage, virtualization, and cloud technologies, while aligning with ISO 27001/NIST/GDPR standards and industry best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven experience in IT infrastructure management and IT security practices.
• Hands-on knowledge of networking, servers, storage, virtualization, and cloud technologies.
• Experience with security tools, firewalls, endpoint protection, and SIEM solutions.
• Understanding of IT security frameworks and compliance standards (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR).
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Relevant certifications are a plus (e.g., CompTIA Security+, Cisco CCNA/CCNP, Microsoft, CEH, CISSP).
