Job summary

One Ten Associates in Dubai, UAE, seeks a Senior Associate or Associate for its investment funds practice. The role focuses on advising on fund establishment, structuring and negotiations with institutional investors including sovereign wealth funds.

The successful candidate will bring 2–6 years PQE in investment funds, solid UAE funds experience (DIFC/ADGM a plus) and a track record of handling fund documentation and side letters.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years’ post-qualification experience in an established investment funds practice.
• Solid UAE funds experience, including setting up funds in the DIFC and ADGM.
• Transactional experience with side letters and negotiations with institutional investors and sovereign wealth funds.
• Funds experience within other common-law jurisdictions considered.
• Applicants must be based in the UAE or willing to relocate.
