Job summary

ELE Interior in Dubai is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee on-site construction and design work, ensuring quality, timelines and budgets are met while coordinating with site teams.

You will thoroughly review architectural drawings for feasibility, develop detailed project schedules and coordinate with suppliers and contractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services, while maintaining proper documentation and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site activities ensuring quality, timelines and budgets meet targets.
• Monitor progress, liaise with site teams to resolve issues during construction.
• Review drawings and specifications for cost and feasibility impacts.
• Develop and manage project schedules and coordinate with suppliers and contractors.
• Manage supplier/contractor performance and review contracts and BOQs.
• Provide regular reports on cost, progress and risks; ensure proper documentation.
