Worood Interiors is seeking a driven Sales Manager for interior fitout and joinery projects in Dubai. You will leverage an existing local client network to secure high-value work, bid proposals, and close contracts, driving growth for luxury design solutions.

Ideal candidates have a minimum of 6 years UAE experience, a proven high-level sales track record, and fluency in Arabic and English. Immediate availability is preferred, with base salary plus attractive commission and benefits.

Formación

• Minimum 6 years UAE experience in interior fitout/joinery sales.
• Proven track record of generating high-value sales and bringing new clients/projects.
• Strong network with contractors, subcontractors, developers, and corporate clients.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (Arabic is mandatory).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, target, and secure new interior fitout and joinery projects across residential, commercial, corporate, and luxury sectors.
• Leverage your existing network of clients, contractors, subcontractors, developers, and architects to bring in high-value projects.
• Prepare detailed proposals, quotations, and contracts aligned with client requirements and company standards; negotiate and close deals.
