Marsam Architects is seeking an experienced Interior Designer in Dubai to lead design concepts, client collaboration, and detailed drawings for diverse projects. The role requires hands-on creation of layouts, elevations, and FF&E specifications, ensuring designs align with client visions and budgets.

The candidate should bring 3+ years of professional experience, proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite, and knowledge of UAE codes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional interior design experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit and Adobe Creative Suite.

Responsibilities

• Develop and present interior design concepts, including mood boards, renderings, and material selections.
• Collaborate with clients to understand vision and requirements, providing professional advice and recommendations.
• Create detailed interior design plans, including layouts, elevations, and detailed drawings.
• Select and specify furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) for projects.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other professionals to ensure seamless project execution.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure designs are being implemented correctly.
• Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and new technologies to ensure innovative design solutions.
