Job summary

We are seeking a Dubai-based Interior Designer to develop functional, aesthetically pleasing concepts for residential, commercial, hospitality and high-rise projects. You will prepare detailed 2D drawings, layouts, mood boards, material selections and design presentations, coordinating with architectural, structural, MEP and supplier teams to deliver project-ready drawings on time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field.
• 2–5 years UAE/GCC experience preferred.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, Photoshop or similar software.
• Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop interior design concepts, layouts and space-planning solutions.
• Prepare detailed 2D drawings, furniture layouts, ceiling and flooring plans and elevations.
• Create mood boards, material selections, colour schemes and design presentations.
• Coordinate interior designs with architectural, structural, MEP and other project requirements.
• Prepare detailed working drawings and construction documentation.
• Review shop drawings and coordinate with contractors, consultants and suppliers.
• Conduct site visits and ensure design implementation according to approved drawings.
• Select suitable furniture, fixtures, finishes, materials and decorative elements.
• Prepare BOQs and material specifications when required.
• Make revisions based on client and consultant feedback.
• Ensure designs comply with project specifications, authority requirements and standards.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely completion of design deliverables.
