Job summary

cscec is seeking a skilled Technical Engineer in Dubai to lead tender submissions for infrastructure projects such as roads, utilities, and bridges. You will coordinate with design, planning, and construction teams to assemble complete tender packages and ensure alignment with local authority requirements for traffic diversions.

The role requires 5+ years in infrastructure tendering, with at least 3 years in Dubai, and strong AutoCAD/Civil 3D abilities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Minimum 5 years in infrastructure tendering; 3+ years in Dubai.
Strong knowledge of Dubai TTD procedures, RTA regulations, and approvals.
Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and MS Office; BIM a plus.
Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

Prepare and review technical submissions for infrastructure project tenders (roads, utilities, bridges, etc.).
Coordinate with design, planning, and construction teams to compile required tender documents.
Prepare detailed Temporary Traffic Diversion (TTD) plans in line with RTA and Dubai Municipality guidelines.
Liaise with relevant authorities for approvals and NOCs.
Ensure all technical documentation is complete, accurate, and submitted on time.
Provide technical support during the pre-contract and post-contract stages.
