Job summary

cscec is seeking a skilled Technical Engineer in Dubai to lead tender submissions for infrastructure projects such as roads, utilities, and bridges. You will coordinate with design, planning, and construction teams to assemble complete tender packages and ensure alignment with local authority requirements for traffic diversions.

The role requires 5+ years in infrastructure tendering, with at least 3 years in Dubai, and strong AutoCAD/Civil 3D abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in infrastructure tendering; 3+ years in Dubai.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai TTD procedures, RTA regulations, and approvals.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and MS Office; BIM a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
