Job summary

China State Construction Engineering Corporation in Dubai is seeking a skilled Technical Engineer to support infrastructure tender submissions and Temporary Traffic Diversion (TTD) planning. You will coordinate with design, planning and construction teams to prepare high-quality tenders and ensure compliance with local authority requirements.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years in infrastructure tendering, including 3 years in Dubai, with strong knowledge of Dubai TTD procedures, RTA

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in infrastructure tendering, with 3 years in Dubai.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai TTD procedures and RTA regulations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review technical submissions for infrastructure tenders (roads, utilities, bridges, etc.).
• Coordinate with design, planning, and construction teams to compile tender documents.
• Prepare detailed Temporary Traffic Diversion (TTD) plans per RTA and Dubai Municipality guidelines.
• Liaise with authorities for approvals and NOCs.
• Ensure all technical documentation is complete and submitted on time.
• Provide technical support during pre-contract and post-contract stages.
