Job summary

PPOAR in Dubai is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our Indian/Pakistani cuisine restaurant. You will oversee daily operations, ensure top quality food and service, and create a positive work environment for the team.

Key duties include managing operations, training staff, controlling costs, maintaining inventory, and collaborating with marketing to attract customers. Fluent English is required; Hindi/Urdu is a plus. Flexible hours including weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience as restaurant manager in Indian/Pakistani cuisine is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Indian/Pakistani cuisine, ingredients and menu development.
• Fluency in English; Hindi/Urdu a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all restaurant operations including food prep, service, scheduling, inventory, and budgeting.
• Ensure food quality meets standards and is prepared promptly.
• Train and supervise staff to uphold service excellence.
• Drive sales and profitability while controlling costs.
• Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed.
• Uphold health and safety regulations for staff and customers.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with marketing to attract and retain customers.
