ConFlip in Dubai is seeking an experienced Indian Chef to join our team and create authentic Indian dishes while managing daily kitchen operations. You will ensure top-quality meals for our guests and maintain a well-organized, hygienic workspace.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Indian Chef in a high-volume restaurant.
• In-depth knowledge of Indian cuisine, spices, and techniques.
• Ability to multitask under pressure with attention to detail.
• Strong leadership to train and motivate staff.
• Excellent English communication; Hindi a plus.
• Flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of Indian dishes according to traditional recipes and menu items
• Manage kitchen operations including food preparation, inventory management, and sanitation standards
• Train and supervise kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and safety procedures
• Ensure all dishes are consistently prepared and presented according to company standards
• Monitor food quality to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with management on menu planning and recipe development
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked kitchen at all times
