Job summary

Black Pearl Consult seeks an experienced ICU Nurse to join a reputable Dubai healthcare facility. The role provides direct care in the Intensive Care Unit and requires a DHA license.

You will monitor vital signs, administer medications, and collaborate with physicians and the care team. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years ICU experience, a Bachelor of Nursing, and BLS/ACLS certifications where possible.

Qualifications

• 3+ years ICU nursing experience
• Valid DHA License (Dubai Health Authority)
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from a recognized institution
• BLS and ACLS certifications (preferred)
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills
• Ability to remain calm and focused in high-stress situations

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and specialized nursing care to critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU).
• Monitor patients' vital signs, administer medications and maintain accurate patient records.
• Collaborate closely with physicians, respiratory therapists and other members of the healthcare team.
• Operate and manage advanced medical equipment and life-support systems.
• Respond swiftly and efficiently to emergency situations and changes in patient conditions.
• Ensure adherence to infection control, safety and nursing best practices.
• Educate patients and families about ongoing care and recovery processes.
