Job summary
Total Homecare Services in Dubai is seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our growing technical team. The role focuses on installation, replacement, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Chilled Water and DX systems in residential properties.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with FCUs, valves, piping, and electrical connections. UAE experience preferred; ability to work independently and ensure safety and quality workmanship.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of HVAC systems.
- Working knowledge of Chilled Water and DX air conditioning systems.
- Experience with FCUs, valves, piping and electrical connections.
- Dubai villa/apartment residential property experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Carry out FCU replacement, installation, and maintenance.
- Install and replace DX units.
- Replace actuator valves, gate valves, and strainers.
- Perform chilled water pipe replacement, modifications, and insulation works.
- Replace blower motors and complete plumbing connections.
- Handle electrical connections and perform basic troubleshooting.
- Diagnose and resolve faults in Chilled Water and DX air conditioning systems.
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with company standards.
